Aksyon Malasakit Mobile On-Line 24/7 Contact Center

LGUs can establish hotline centers for COVID-19 emergencies.

Samal, Bataan has launched an important contact center called Aksyon Malasakit Mobile On-Line which is a 24/7 hotline center to respond residents having difficulty with the ECQ and COVID-19. Samal has made sure that they partnered with agencies and organizations to help out. The mobile on-line center receives about 150 calls per shifts and accommodates callers and netizens for 24 hours daily.
