The LGU aimed to ensure that its constituents are receiving basic social services from the government.
Through the Sumisip Rural Health Unit, the LGU was able to conduct free consultations and laboratory tests, and deliver free medicine to different barangays.
Aside from health services, the LGU was able to provide free applications for Senior Citizen, PWD, and Solo Parent IDs. They also carried out free registration of birth certificates and marriage licenses. In partnership with the Department of Education, they also gave gifts and meals for children in each barangay.
Guideline 1: Make services accessible by going to the community.
The LGU brought their services to each barangay so that citizens will have easier access, especially those who do not have the resources to travel to the municipality.
Guideline 2: Partner up with other institutions.
Aside from mobilizing its units, the LGU partnered up with the Department of Education, PNP, and the Philippine Army.
