Overview
By virtue of SK Resolution No. 2020‐001, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Cabadbaran City spearheaded the “SK (Sangguniang Kabataan) para sa SC (Senior Citizen)”, an Adopt‐a‐Senior‐Citizen Program which aims to encourage senior citizens ti stay at home for their own safety and security from getting infected. The weaker immune system among members of this aged sector has been a primary cause for concern that is why every SK in the barangay has pre‐identified senior citizens in their respective area who do not have or share company with a legal minor who can do the purchase of basic and essential necessities for their daily consumption. The SK officers will take turns in visiting these identified senior citizens and ask for their needs which the SK can do for them on their behalf.
