Performance Challenge Fund
The Performance Challenge Fund supports projects under the Annual Investment Program and aims to align local development initiatives with national government development agenda.
Fund open to LGUs passing the Seal of The Good Local Government. Requirements: letter of intent, Local Sanggunian Resolution, co-signed MOA with DILG, bank certification, and Annual/Local/Provincial Development Investment Program.
LGUs can use the grant to create projects and preventive measures against COVID-19.
Beneficiary LGUs must comply with requirements under RA No. 9184 and 2016 Revised IRR, provide a monthly report on fund utilization and implementation status, post reports on the LGU website and three public places monthly, and send a written notice by the Local Chief Executive.
KADIWA ni Ani at Kita program ensures food availability and access in high-demand areas, targeting low-income families. It involves private sectors, cooperatives and associations, and community organizations.
With support from LGUs, farmer and fisherfolk cooperatives and associations are eligible to apply, as long as they are registered to government agencies such as SEC, CDA, and DOLE. Community-based organizations may also apply.
DBP ASENSO for LGUs Financing Program aims to assist all levels of local government units in accomplishing projects that accelerate infrastructure and socio-economic development consistent with the Philippine Development Plan.
LGUs can borrow up to 100% of the total project cost, as long as it is within their net debt service ceiling and borrowing capacity. The loan term for infrastructure development can range from 15 years with a 2-year grace period. For acquisitions, it can be up to 7 years with a 6-month grace period.
The RISE UP Lending Program by Landbank funds LGU agricultural projects, social services, and equipment acquisition, promoting self-sufficiency and growth.
Municipalities, cities, and provincial LGUs are eligible to apply for this loan. There will be three stages in the application: pre-processing, pre-release, and post-release.
